No I did not upload that file as it was not listed.

Is the 500 gone after the upload? If yes, than remains the empty URL-parameter. At leat this is, what I gather from your initial report.

Using 2.4.17 clicking on or copy and pasting the unsubscribe link in the email.

mode=posting&unsubscribe=

What leads me to the question, why the subscription gets deleted, when the link lacks the relevant parameter.
