Yes and no. You can save a blog posting as an opening posting of a thread. The comments would be replies in the meaning of the forum structure. But it is possible to lose some structure of the entries because the forum script has not the ability to mark a text snippet i.e. as header like in a blog script. But it is possible to extend the BBcode-processor for your needs yourself.

Can you describe why you want to import blog postings into a forum?
