Anyone help with uploading avatars and images

I always get "error uploading" message regardless of size

I always get "error uploading" message regardless of size

for subdirectories 'avatars', 'smilies', 'uploaded' (CHMOD 770, 775 or 777 depending on your server configuration).

Just do some changes in configuration settings in server..
