Template Release - imageboard-esk styling

This custom template turns the forum into a imageboard/text-based-board.

The posting box gets stripped right down to just:
Name: :upload:
Subject:
Message:

While viewing the index the user will be able to post a new topic directly from this box.

While viewing a topic (thread) the user will be able to reply straight from this box.

This all means very quick posting with a nice touch to it. Think of it as a quick reply, not having to click those links.

The forum is stuck in table view all the time.
