Hello
I would like to use MLF as a consultation platform, where the Administrator can start topics and users can reply. For that to work it must be set up that only the Administrator can start topics, while users can reply.
Is this possible? Any help much appreciated & well done on a fantastic piece of software!

This is the only feature which is preventing me from deciding to go with MLF. I know it's not a normal feature, but if someone has the expertise I would really appreciated any ideas!

Would it be sufficient to remove the 'New Topic' button from the forum front page?
I suspect not, because users who know how MLF works could enter the correct URL to add a new topic. Is there a way around this?

IMHO: Not without a bunch of code changes. (but I'm not the programmer)
