Is there any way to change the date format? Something like "28 Jun" or similar?

replace
time_format = %Y-%m-%d, %H:%Mby
time_format = %d %b %Y, %H:%Min the file lang/english.lang. More details here.

I tried the above modification but nothing got changed.
