Session times - my little forum

First of all I would like to thank you for this great project. I have been using My little forum for six years now and it is great.

However, there is a problem with the session time and the cookies. I get complaints from my visitors that whilst they are trying to post a message they get disconnected, if their message is long. Is there any way I could fix this?

Moreover, visitors want to be 'remembered' by cookies when returnig to the forum so that they will not have to login everyday and every time they do try to send a message. Is there any setting regarding this?

When I post on this forum... under my name/ email/ homepage etc there is a "Remember me (cookie)" choice? Can't this be this the solution? But how can we have this added on our forum?

hi, no the is not a solution for our problem, because if i use the cookie with an puplic computer and forget to delete the cookie it will be possible for everyone to access the form. It could be a workaround but no a solution.
