I deleted version 1.7 entirely, and uploaded the new version 2.12
Now when I go to "www. mywebsite.com/install, I get just a blank page? Any ideas?

I didn't have this happen to me on the older version.

i think it is a chmod (permissions) error, not sure what folders to tell you to chmod to 777 though, sorry. Maybe someone on this board be kind to you and help you.
