A little help with adding the s to http in the link box so Firefox will not pick the link up as a tracking element

I add the "https://" as default prompt to the source code, i.e. #411. We will integrate the changed code within the next release. However, you can replace the posting.min.js by the changed file to get the feature (without waiting).
