Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in (Bugs)

We are currently using MLF 2.1.4.
It suddenly has an error like:

Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /homepages/0/d114473249/htdocs/chat/templates_c/%%5B^5B0^5B0BAC21%%entry.tpl.inc.php on line 141

or

Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /homepages/0/d114473249/htdocs/chat/templates_c/%%BD^BD4^BD4E5FC3%%index.tpl.inc.php on line 191

Does anyone know what caused this error?
