After updating from 2.4.6 to 2.4.13 users get a blank page and "No authorisation" after clicking the "Preview" or "OK - Submit" buttons. What can be the cause of this?

Update: It's obviously theme-related, because everything works fine after I changed from my custom theme to the default theme.
