I really miss multi-image upload for my forum. I just want some advice as to how long it should take a competent web developer to implement this feature? So I know how much they should be charging.

Would it be a major re-write of the website code? Should it take a few hours or days?

This is only my opinion. I didn't program such a feature myself, so I can only make assumtions about the effort.

The whole upload function would need a rewrite. Also the function to select uploaded images for inclusion in entries would need at least a partially rewrite. So I would assume, that it's a task for a few days ((Attention: assumption!) maybe between 2 and 4 days).
