How to change mail server setting in my forum please help me

The one and only setting is "mail_parameter" in the advanced settings. Your hosting provider or server admin can tell you, if you need such a parameter to deliver the emails to your mail-server. The forum script itself calls only the PHP-function mail, wich hands over the email to the mail-server-software. This mail-server-software handles the sending without further communication with the forum script.
