Maybe this is just some simple mistake, i've never done this before. But i've been trying for a full day now and my host service tech support is not proving effective.

Isn't that right? I've tried entering it all a dozen times, tried changing the password and trying again.

I need to get this working, i have told people it will be up so we can use it as a collaboration tool. Thanks for your time.
