What does this line mean:

Suppose my domain is google.com, should I use:
http://google.com.tld/forum/install?

Got it working now. Turned out my domain wasn't ready when I tried.
Now another question: how do I uninstall it? Is it enough to just delete the forum folder and drop all tables in the database?

Yes. Maybe it’s easier to delete the database in phpMyAdmin instead of dropping its tables.
