Bugfixes in current snapshot

Hello

Theses two fixes/updates...

...are available now in the current snapshot.

Thanks to the reporters and translators!

I found another language file bug last year. In the version 2.3.2 it is not fixed. An answer in the thread confirmed, that adding [default] in line #8 to the french language file fixes the bug. Please read also the further discussion (an strange issue with charset and a question about the spam-link) and add the fix.

I added [default] to the French language file and didn't notice any charset problems. The spam link is only available if the posting was checked by the spam filter. On this forum, postigs of registered users are not checked so there are no such links in these postings.
