How do I put the last answer at the top?

Is there a setting for it?

I searched for a setting in the install.sql and didn't found one. At least the threads in the forum main page can be ordered live with the link named "order" in the top bar (ordered by thread opening message or by last answer to the thread).

I will not use the second option for the simple reason that subjects pinned occur only at the top of the homepage.
