Does Spam Protection "Not accepted words" -Blocks posts? (General)

I was wondering what does Spam Protection--> "Not accepted words" do?
Does it block posts that conatains "Not accepted words"?

If it does, where can I see the blocked post?

Yes, it does.

Nowhere. These posts will be refused, they will not be stored in the database.
