Report Spam button(s) not showing up

I can't figure out why report spam buttons are not appearing in my forum. Bad Behaviour and Akismet are both enabled and active and not even the admin can see report spam buttons.

There is no such button. At least here I find no one.

I think that the spam preventers are used in a passive mode.

There are links in thread.inc.tpl that don't display.

You need to enable Akismet and check "save spam".
