Hi,
you probably got a piece of HTML/JavaScript code?! Paste it - depending on where you want the ads to be displayed - in one of the (sub)templates, e.g. in templates/default/main.tpl. If the code contains JavaScript you probably need to enclose it into {literal}...{/literal}.
