Mostly into the post table, but also into the user table as well!
I'd probably need some sort of checking to make sure the user and/or post doesn't exist!

You want to put some data (stored with xml) into any database tables of the forum, right? Ok, you'll have to extract the data from the xml structure and have to put it with queries into the database. The condition to do this in a daily rythm makes cronjobs recommended.
I'd probably need some sort of checking to make sure the user and/or post doesn't exist!
Looks like an extra script for comparision started with a cronjob.
