I'm trying to update mlf from 1.7 to 2.0 using backup.php.
Thank you for the useful program.
I got a backup file from 1.7 and restored it on 2.0.
But unfortunately all Japanese characters are garbled(mojibake).
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I want also to make an update to 2.0.
Also other update methods doesn't work.
I also don't find an update-sql-statement.
Need also help for update!

My mlf 1.7 seems using EUC-JP encoding.
Does backup.php program dump 1.7 data as UTF?
I don't know PHP program at all, so I could be wrong
