I want change the format of URL link of threads.

Today the links of threads is this:

With mod_rewrite of apache is possible modify to the link:

Facilitating indexing of google.

Exist this option? Or i need modify the code?

I am also interested on knowing if mod_rewrite clean URI is in the thoughts of the developers, and if so, when can it be the expected implementation?
