Is there a way to show all the catagories on the main page, besides having to go to the Catagories section where you scroll for catagories?

I want the forum to look like this on the main page:

Catagory one
Catagory two
Catagory three
Catagory four

(and so on)

Visitors to my forum would then just click on a catagory to post.
