I have my forum set up so a person cannot edit there post after 60 minutes.

Am I right in saying if a person ticked the box to subscribed to email notifications on reply of a post or thread that after the 60 minutes they can never ever unsubscribe from the post or thread? They will constantly get emails forever on replies?
