Can some tell me how to fix this thread issue?

i want the comment to be in order.

What i can see is that all comments have a reply under next them.

And which make last reply to stay at the top.

Two the threads comment folds by default. And one need to click open thread before they open,

I dont like this, how do it work this from script?

Lastly i want thread topic to fold by defaults.
