I'm a new user of "My little forum", but I cannot upload the complete folder "forum" to my server. My server only allows to upload one file every time. Do I need to create the folder by myself and upload the files one by one? Thanks a lot!

Thats a question for your hosting provider. If you ask me, it's an unusual solution. I don't know a single hoster who used it at any time.
