Use my contact e-mail and I’ll send you 2.0RC6 (2008-09-21) and 2.0 (2008-12-27). Unpack both, delete norwegian.lang and turkish.lang from the lang-folder of 2.0. Replace modules/smarty in 2.0 with the version from 2.0RC6. If I understand the changelog correctly this should give you 2.0RC7.
