i noticed that there is a form named mlf_entries_cache in the DB , would you tell me what's the use of it? because i found it doubles my DB size unless i clear the cache under Admin Panel.

i used some other forum CMS before and happened to know that some of them use a FILE FOLDER to store caches.

what's the difference between these TWO ways ? and is it possible to use the FILE way if is better ? ('cause i doubt if the cache is in DB, then it still depends on a DB process to fetch when people query, right ?)
