I want make some changes with "my little forum"

1) I want allow people submit a new topic without any content in the message.
2) It will automatic replace the empty textarea with "No Content"
3) Reply also don't really need a content.

Right now, I add up a " " in the textarea, so even the poster didn't type anything in the Message Box still can going through post the new topic. But didn't find out about doing the same thing when REPLY.

Any Help?
