I'm using Windows2008 as host so the mail() function is not supported in my case.

Why that? The function mail sends a mail to the mailserver (Unix) or a MTA (Win) which is specified in the php.ini.

In order to make mailing feature work for me I need to use Jmail.

You speak about this program?

In the description of the function mail at PHP manual you'll find some informations in the notes and maybe in the user contributed notes too (there are notes for Windows but I don't know if it's relevant for Win Server 2008).
