Blank screen after installation (General)

Hi,

Thank you for this nice and simple forum.
Unfortunately we are getting blank screen instead of forums' main page after installation for versions 2.0.1 and 2.1.beta 3. There was no problem with version 1.7.6. Thank you for the hint.
IIS6 on Windows 2003,
PHP 5.2.6.6,
MySQL 5.0.27
