I want change the format of URL link of threads.

Today the links of threads is this:

http://mylittleforum.net/forum/index.php?id=3333

With mod_rewrite of apache is possible modify to the link:

http://mylittleforum.net/forum/thread/name-of-treads

Facilitating indexing of google.

Exist this option? Or i need modify the code?
