Berlin, Germany
Duesseldorf, Germany
Lausanne, Switzerland
Dublin, Ireland
Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Kent, UK

'Nearest mirror' is a relative term: 7374 km from Berlin is just 11 % nearer to Beijing than Dublin (8302 km). As far as I know only European mirrors exist right now.
