2) Kann man dem Administrator im Forum irgendwie eine andere Schriftfarbe geben? Also das der Name, wenn man gepostet hat, hervorgehoben wird?

go to templates - default, open style.css
search for "span.admin" and "span.mod" and remove the /* ...... */ in the brackets.
There you can also change the color.

in my style.css the lines look like
span.admin { border-bottom:1px dotted #FF0000; color: red; }
span.mod { border-bottom:1px dotted #0000ff; color: blue; }
